Mark Anderson, co-founder of Vunani Limited, played a pivotal role in initiating some of South Africa’s first Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) transactions following the introduction of BEE legislation. He later established a boutique corporate finance firm and advised on the formation of African Harvest Limited in 1997. As CEO, Mark leads the private equity division of Vunani Capital and brings decades of expertise in finance and business strategy to his leadership roles at both Vunani Capital Partners and Anatrica Partners.
