Anatrica Partners, a member of the Anatrica Group, is a corporate finance consultancy based in Istanbul, Türkiye. In collaboration with Vunani Capital Partners (VCP) of South Africa, Anatrica Partners provides tailored financial solutions for both domestic and international clients.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Istanbul for a Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Analyst. The primary responsibilities include conducting industry and market research, performing financial modeling, preparing transaction documentation, and supporting the team in deal execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate potential M&A and investment opportunities.
  • Build financial models, DCF analyses, project valuation and comparable company analyses.
  • Support deal execution, due diligence and transaction documentation.
  • Track and manage deal pipeline activity.
  • Maintain communication with stakeholders and provide timely updates.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • Strong financial and analytical capability.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Fluency in Turkish and English.

Education Level Bachelor, Master
Military Status Completed, Exempt
