Vunani’s History
Vunani was established in the late 1990s and was listed on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange’s (JSE) AltX market in November 2007, before transferring to the Main Board in 2019. From its inception, the Group’s objective has been to gain a competitive advantage through meaningful Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) and by consistently delivering the highest standards of service and expertise within the local financial services sector.

SATURC (Pty) Ltd is a BBBEE-aligned consortium acquiring quarry operations and ready-mix concrete (RMX) plants across three South African provinces Eastern Cape (Moregrove), Western Cape (Saldanha, Kliprug, Palmiet, Paarl) and Mpumalanga (Karino, Nelspruit).
The consortium brings together Platistone Holdings, Gingqi Investments and Nomutouch — comprising Anatrica SA, Vunani Mining and Gorkem Group (Türkiye). SATURC combines proven quarrying capability, transformation credentials and strong financial backing to build a durable, scalable construction materials business.
