International Alliances
We build long-term working relationships with M&A networks, boutique investment banks, private capital funds and development institutions that need a credible partner on the Türkiye–Africa corridor.
Your client relationship stays yours. Our teams in Istanbul and Johannesburg do the work on the ground.
Present at Both Ends of the Trade
Trade and investment between Türkiye and Sub-Saharan Africa keep growing, but very few advisers are genuinely resident at both ends. Anatrica Partners was founded in 2024 to close exactly that gap, on the back of a working relationship between its founders that goes back to 2010.
Istanbul
Anatrica Partners . Origination, valuation and execution across Türkiye’s industrial and mid-market landscape.
Johannesburg
Our South African presence operates through a partnership with Vunani Capital Partners, an established South African financial services group with deep local institutional reach.
Commercial arm
A trading operation in boron compounds, chrome, manganese and other metal sulphates — giving us operating visibility on the sectors we advise, not just screening data.
What a Partner Actually Gets
Two-way corridor access
Reach Turkish buyers, sellers and industrial partners from Africa — and African assets, licences and joint-venture partners from Türkiye — through a single relationship.
Execution on the ground
Site visits, target screening, management meetings, diligence coordination and negotiation support delivered locally, in the local language and business culture.
Reciprocal deal flow
Partnership is not one-directional. Mandates that need coverage in your market are referred to you on the same terms we ask of you.
Sector depth, not sector lists
Mining and industrial minerals, chemicals, manufacturing and packaging, infrastructure and logistics — sectors where our team has traded, operated and closed.
Economics agreed up front
Referral fees, co-mandate splits and success-fee sharing are documented before the first introduction, so there is nothing to renegotiate at closing.
A named senior lead
Every alliance relationship is owned by a senior member of our team, not routed through a generic desk or a shared inbox.
Four Kinds of Alliance Partner
Different institutions need different things from a corridor partner. These are the four relationships we are actively building.
Independent M&A Networks & Alliances
Global and regional alliances of independent corporate finance firms need a member or correspondent that genuinely covers Türkiye and can extend the network’s reach into Southern Africa.
- Local execution partner for cross-border mandates originated elsewhere in the network
- Turkish and African mandates introduced into the network’s pipeline
- Member, affiliate or correspondent arrangements, including country exclusivity where required
- Participation in network conferences, sector groups and pipeline exchanges
Regional & Thematic Boutique M&A / Investment Banks
Boutiques that own a geography — MENA, the Gulf, DACH, the Nordics, East and West Africa — or a theme such as energy transition, mining, agri-processing or industrials, regularly meet a counterparty on the other side of our corridor.
- Co-mandates in which you keep the client and we cover the counterparty
- Local diligence coordination, valuation cross-checks and negotiation support
- Buyer and target lists built from relationships rather than databases
- Fee split fixed in a short joint-mandate agreement before launch
International Private Equity & Venture Capital Funds
For funds assessing Türkiye or Southern Africa, and for funds already invested there.
- Proprietary target screening, market and competitor mapping, management access
- Commercial diligence coordination and support through structuring and negotiation
- Buy-and-build target sourcing and add-on execution for portfolio companies
- Exit readiness, sell-side preparation and buyer identification
Investment Agencies & Development Finance Institutions
Investment promotion agencies, export credit agencies, chambers of commerce and development finance institutions work the same corridor from the policy and capital side.
- Market entry and sector opportunity assessments
- Investor, sponsor and local partner identification
- Delegation, matchmaking and B2B programme design and delivery
- Transaction-level advisory where a programme requires a private-sector adviser
Three Ways to Work Together
Referral & revenue share
You introduce a client or a counterparty; we execute. A transparent, pre-agreed share of the success fee is paid on closing, with no obligation to take part in the execution itself.
Co-mandate & joint execution
Both firms sign the mandate and split the workstreams by geography or discipline. Roles, responsibilities and economics are fixed before launch and reviewed at each milestone.
Corridor representation
A standing arrangement for networks and institutions that need continuous coverage: we act as your Türkiye and/or Southern Africa desk, with country exclusivity where appropriate.
Where Our Coverage Is Deepest
- Mining & industrial minerals
- Chemicals & specialty chemicals
- Manufacturing & packaging
- Infrastructure, rail & logistics
- Energy & energy transition
- Industrial & business services
From First Call to Standing Partnership
Introductory call
Which markets and sectors you cover, what you need on our side of the corridor, and whether the overlap is real. If it is not, we will say so.
Partnership framework
A short written agreement covering scope, confidentiality, referral or co-mandate economics, and how ownership of each side’s client relationships is protected.
Pipeline exchange
A structured, confidential review of live and near-term opportunities on both sides, refreshed on an agreed cadence rather than left to chance.
First joint transaction
We execute together, with a named lead on each side, an agreed communication rhythm and a clear split of workstreams from kick-off to closing.
Standing partnership
A periodic review of pipeline, outcomes and terms. Partnerships that work get renewed and widened; those that do not get closed cleanly, without hard feelings.
Let’s Find Out Whether the Overlap Is Real
Tell us which markets and sectors you cover and what you need on the Türkiye–Africa corridor. We will tell you in the first conversation whether we can add something — and where we cannot.
