Taha Berk Deke works in the fields of corporate finance, business valuation, and financial modeling, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions involving SMEs and mid-sized companies in Türkiye. At Anatrica Partners, he plays an active role in financial analysis, company research, and valuation assignments within buy-side and sell-side advisory, capital raising, and strategic investment transactions.

Drawing on his experience in valuation, financial modeling, and financial statement analysis, Taha brings an analytical and disciplined approach to transactions. He contributes to the assessment of investment opportunities in a manner that is commercially sound, financially robust, and supportive of informed decision-making processes.
