Under his leadership, Anatrica has made significant strides, including acquiring a 55% stake in Aurotrans to enhance logistics capabilities and the acquisition of Vibrantz to expand market presence. Abubekir is also the Founder of Vunani Resources (Pty) Ltd, with investments in Türkiye, South Africa, and beyond. He serves as President of DEIK South Africa, promoting international trade, and as President of MUSIAD South Africa, strengthening commercial ties between Türkiye and South Africa
Ethan Dube co-founded Vunani in the late 1990s and has led the company as CEO since its inception. With a strong background in corporate finance and asset management, Ethan previously worked at Standard Chartered Merchant Bank, Southern Asset Managers, and Infinity Asset Management. Mark Anderson co-founded Vunani Limited, playing a pivotal role in launching some of South Africa’s first Black Economic Empowerment (BEE) deals following the implementation of BEE legislation. He later established a boutique corporate finance firm and advised on the formation of African Harvest Limited in 1997. As CEO, Mark oversees Vunani Capital’s private equity segment, bringing decades of expertise in finance and business strategy to his leadership roles at both Vunani Capital Partners and Anatrica Partners.

Erhan Aslantürk specializes in marketing, corporate finance, and strategic advisory. After spending two decades in a global technology corporation—where he advanced to lead the Marketing Department and drove growth through digital marketing, customer engagement, and go-to-market strategy—he transitioned into corporate finance and M&A advisory.
He focuses on valuation, capital raising, and end-to-end transaction processes, including buy- and sell-side advisory, financial modeling, due diligence coordination, deal structuring, negotiations, and closing. He holds SPL Level 2 and Credit Rating Certificates issued by the Turkish Capital Markets Board (SPK).
